Baking Technical Advice was established by John Harvey in 2005 and has been driven by his passion for food and the food industry. John has over 25 years of experience in the baking industry as a Baker, in Research & Development roles and also Procurement & Production Manager for large manufacturing facilities.

From humble beginnings John has grown Baking Technical Advice into a business that has established long term relationships with local and international clients. He prides himself on ensuring every customer receives a high level of customer service and quality products. John is very proud to see a number of products developed by Baking Technical Advice now appearing nationally in retail supermarkets.
